For the main course try Malmali Kofta, homemade cheese balls in a rich sauce flavoured with cardamom. Chicken Chettinad, a hot and spicy tender chicken cooked with freshly ground black pepper, chopped onions, tomatoes and Chef's own blend of freshly ground spices.
